Ingredients :

  • 1/4 cup robust brewed espresso
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/four cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/eight cup unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
