- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 1 cup buttermilk
- three eggs
- half cup shortening
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon maple flavored extract
- four cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
